The design was developed with the sole aim of creating a panoramic view of the scenic beauty of the river abutting the site. Central courtyard was evolved while achieving the curved building profile and the axis was derived in a way that it created a visual connectivity between the courtyard, building and the river. Building is identical on both sides of axis maintaining its symmetry throughout its altitude. The building office space recesses gradually creating stepped landscape terraces delivering quality working environment at office levels.
